Questions

The stuff everyone asks.

Every question we get asked before a business signs up — set-up time, channels, pricing and contracts, data and AI, and how results are measured.

Setup

How fast can I get set up?

Setup timing depends on account access, provider approvals and the channels selected. During onboarding we confirm the scope, connect compatible accounts, configure the CRM and approved workflows, and agree a launch date.

Do I need any technical skills?

None. We build and host your site, connect your channels, and configure the automations for you. Your side of the work is approving content before it publishes and answering the qualified leads that land in your CRM — no code, no separate logins to learn.

Does it work with my existing website?

Yes. The chat widget, lead capture and missed-call text-back all connect to the website you already have — you don't need to rebuild anything. If you do want a new site, SiteCanvas builds and hosts one for you, but it's optional, not a requirement.

What does the free audit actually check?

We review four areas: on-page SEO, available local-search signals, sampled AI-answer visibility, and your review and lead-response journey. The report explains the checks and limitations and is emailed within 48 hours — no card or commitment.

Channels & integrations

Which channels does the AI answer?

QuoteFlow connects Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, website chat, SMS and missed calls (via missed-call text-back). Conversations from connected channels can land in the built-in CRM with their source attached, so your team can see where an enquiry came from and reply from one inbox.

What is missed-call text-back?

It's an automation that can send an SMS when a call goes unanswered — "Sorry we missed you, how can we help?" The AI can continue the conversation by text, collect qualifying details and log the enquiry in your CRM, giving your team another chance to respond.

Which review platforms does ReviewFlow post to?

Google is the primary review destination. After an eligible completed job, each eligible customer receives the same public Google review option by SMS or email. Low-rating feedback can also trigger a private service alert, but the public review link is not hidden or restricted by sentiment.

Do I need my own CRM?

No — a CRM with a visual pipeline is built in. Leads arrive source-tagged, get scored on budget, service type and location, and move through stages with automated SMS and email follow-up. If you already run a CRM, ask us about your setup during onboarding.

Pricing & contracts

How much does LetsGrowMate cost?

Between $540 and $4,735 AUD per month, depending on phase and team size. Launch runs $540–$1,905/mo, Grow $675–$2,265/mo, and Scale $1,625–$4,735/mo. Within each phase the exact price depends on team size — smaller crews sit at the bottom of the range.

Do you lock me into a contract?

No lock-in contract. Plans run month to month and you can change phase or cancel with notice. Your domain, website content, Google Business Profile, reviews and customer list stay yours, and you can request an export of your CRM data when you leave.

Can I start small and scale later?

Yes. Pricing runs in three phases — Launch, Grow and Scale — and each phase includes the preceding phase's listed capabilities. The right starting phase depends on the agreed scope, current setup and the work you want managed.

Data & AI

Does the AI tell customers it's an AI?

Yes. When someone calls or messages a business using the platform, they may be speaking with our AI assistant — we disclose this, and it's stated on our contact page and privacy policy. A customer can ask for a human at any point, and the conversation is flagged to you to take over.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your customer list, conversations, quotes and reviews belong to your business, not us. Data is processed by named sub-processors listed in our privacy policy — Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp delivery, Meta for Messenger, hosting on Fly.io in Sydney — and you can request an export at any time.

What's the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO works on visibility in conventional search and map results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) works on making your business easier for AI-assisted search and answer tools to understand and corroborate. The platform can track defined search rankings and sampled AI-answer observations in one report; neither a ranking nor a citation is guaranteed.

Do I approve content before it's published?

Yes. Everything the AI Content Pipeline generates — captions, hashtags, platform variations — sits in an approval queue until you okay it. Nothing posts to your channels without your sign-off, and you can edit or reject any draft before it goes out.

Results

How quickly will I see results?

Lead-response workflows can improve as soon as the connected channels are live, while review volume depends on completed jobs and customer participation. SEO and GEO visibility usually takes longer and is measured over months rather than promised overnight.

How do I know it's actually working?

Configured leads can be source-tagged in the CRM, ad platforms can be connected to recorded conversions, and reporting can cover tracked Google rankings, sampled AI-answer observations, review activity and response times. The report should distinguish completed work, observed outcomes and attribution limits.

Is the free audit really free?

Yes. Submit your website and email and we review its on-page SEO, available local-search signals, sampled AI-answer visibility and review journey. We email the report within 48 hours with no card or commitment.
