Questions

The stuff everyone asks.

Every question we get asked before a business signs up — set-up time, channels, pricing and contracts, data and AI, and how results are measured.

Setup

How fast can I get set up?

Most businesses are live within a week. During onboarding we connect your channels — Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook and your website — configure the CRM and AI chatbot, and switch on review automation. Phase 1 (Launch) is capturing and answering enquiries from day one.

Do I need any technical skills?

None. We build and host your site, connect your channels, and configure the automations for you. Your side of the work is approving content before it publishes and answering the qualified leads that land in your CRM — no code, no separate logins to learn.

Does it work with my existing website?

Yes. The chat widget, lead capture and missed-call text-back all connect to the website you already have — you don't need to rebuild anything. If you do want a new site, SiteCanvas builds and hosts one for you, but it's optional, not a requirement.

What does the free audit actually check?

Four things: your on-page SEO (we crawl your pages), your live Google rankings for local keywords, whether AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini cite your business, and your review profile and response speed. The full report is emailed within 48 hours — no card, no commitment.

Channels & integrations

Which channels does the AI answer?

QuoteFlow connects Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, website chat, SMS and missed calls (via missed-call text-back). Every conversation lands in the built-in CRM source-tagged, so you can see exactly which channel each lead came from and reply from one inbox.

What is missed-call text-back?

It's an automation that sends an SMS to a caller the moment their call goes unanswered — "Sorry we missed you, how can we help?" The AI then continues the conversation by text, qualifies the enquiry and logs it in your CRM, so a ringing phone never turns into a lost job.

Which review platforms does ReviewFlow post to?

Google is the primary target — review requests go out by SMS or email after each completed job and guide happy customers straight to your Google Business Profile. Reviews from your connected platforms are then collected into one inbox where you can respond, with AI sentiment summaries on top.

Do I need my own CRM?

No — a CRM with a visual pipeline is built in. Leads arrive source-tagged, get scored on budget, service type and location, and move through stages with automated SMS and email follow-up. If you already run a CRM, ask us about your setup during onboarding.

Pricing & contracts

How much does LetsGrowItMate cost?

Between $540 and $4,735 AUD per month, depending on phase and team size. Launch runs $540–$1,905/mo, Grow $675–$2,265/mo, and Scale $1,625–$4,735/mo. Within each phase the exact price depends on team size — smaller crews sit at the bottom of the range.

Do you lock me into a contract?

No lock-in contract. Plans run month to month and you can change phase or cancel with notice. Your domain, website content, Google Business Profile, reviews and customer list stay yours, and you can request an export of your CRM data when you leave.

Can I start small and scale later?

Yes. Pricing runs in three phases — Launch (get found), Grow (get leads) and Scale (get growth) — and each phase includes everything in the one before it. Most businesses start on Launch and move up once the pipeline justifies it, so you only pay for what you use.

Data & AI

Does the AI tell customers it's an AI?

Yes. When someone calls or messages a business using the platform, they may be speaking with our AI assistant — we disclose this, and it's stated on our contact page and privacy policy. A customer can ask for a human at any point, and the conversation is flagged to you to take over.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your customer list, conversations, quotes and reviews belong to your business, not us. Data is processed by named sub-processors listed in our privacy policy — Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp delivery, Meta for Messenger, hosting on Fly.io in Sydney — and you can request an export at any time.

What's the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO gets you ranking on Google. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) gets your business cited inside AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and others — where more and more customers now start their search. The platform tracks both in one report; see our SEO vs GEO guide for the full comparison.

Do I approve content before it's published?

Yes. Everything the AI Content Pipeline generates — captions, hashtags, platform variations — sits in an approval queue until you okay it. Nothing posts to your channels without your sign-off, and you can edit or reject any draft before it goes out.

Results

How quickly will I see results?

Response speed improves on day one — enquiries get answered in seconds instead of hours. Review volume builds over the first weeks as completed jobs trigger requests. SEO and GEO visibility is slower, typically months, which is why it's tracked in a monthly report rather than promised overnight.

How do I know it's actually working?

Everything is measured: leads are source-tagged in the CRM, ad spend is tied to conversions, and a monthly executive report covers your Google rankings, AI-answer citations, review growth and response times. You see the same numbers we do — no vanity metrics.

Is the free audit really free?

Completely. Drop in your website and we scan your rankings, AI visibility, reviews and response speed, then email you a full report within 48 hours. No card, no commitment — and the report is yours to act on whether or not you sign up.
