ReviewFlow
ReviewFlow sends a consistent Google review request after an eligible completed job. Each eligible customer gets the same public option, while low-rating feedback can also trigger a private service alert.
ReviewFlow is Google review automation for Australian tradies and local service businesses. When an eligible job is marked complete, the same neutral request can be sent by SMS or email to each customer, with a direct public Google review option that does not change based on sentiment.
A separate feedback option can notify your team privately when a customer reports a low rating or service issue. That alert is additional: it never hides, delays or replaces the public review option. Connected review activity can then be monitored from one inbox with feedback summaries to support timely responses.

Questions
Does ReviewFlow ask every customer for a review?
The configured workflow should include every eligible customer and send the same neutral request and public Google review option without changing the path based on sentiment. Suppression lists, consent and legal restrictions may still make a recipient ineligible.
What happens if a customer is unhappy?
The customer keeps the same public Google review option as everyone else. If they also submit low-rating service feedback, ReviewFlow can send your team a private alert so you can respond promptly.
Will this replace me responding to reviews myself?
No — ReviewFlow collects and routes every review into one inbox with an AI sentiment summary, so you can respond quickly, not disappear from the conversation.
Is it legal to filter out negative reviews in Australia?
ReviewFlow does not filter out negative reviews. Every eligible customer receives the same public review option; an optional private service alert is additional and never blocks, delays or replaces that link. Businesses should also follow Google review policies and Australian Consumer Law.
What does ReviewFlow cost?
Review automation is included in Phase 1 (Launch), which runs $540–$1,905 AUD per month depending on team size — alongside the AI chatbot, content pipeline and reporting dashboard. There's no per-review or per-request fee on top.
